Turf & hardscape, built to last the heat

One owner-run crew for the whole yard — low-water turf, paver and stamped-concrete patios, putting greens, and block walls. Every job gets the same base work and the same clean finish.

Artificial Turf Installation

What a proper turf install actually involves

Most turf that fails didn’t fail at the turf. It failed at the base — not enough sub-base, not compacted, no fall for drainage — and within a year you get ripples, low spots, and standing water after a rain.

Synthetic Turf Installation

Synthetic vs. artificial — same install, different emphasis

There’s no real material difference between ‘synthetic’ and ‘artificial’ turf — it’s the same category. Where projects go wrong is product choice: one uniform green, one blade shape, no thatch layer, and it looks fake from the porch.

Putting Greens

A green is a grading job first

Putting turf is short, dense, and unforgiving — it shows every imperfection in the base. So the work is in the grading: a compacted stone base, laser-checked for plane, with the subtle falls and contours you asked for built in on purpose.

Paver Patio Installation

A paver patio is 80% ground you never see

Pavers themselves rarely fail. What fails is the base: not deep enough, not compacted, no edge restraint, sand bed too thick. Then you get lippage, spreading joints, and weeds.

Patio Design

Design that happens in the yard, not just on paper

Backyards are about how you move through them: where you cook, where you sit, where the sun is at 6pm, what you see from the kitchen window. That’s hard to judge from a drawing.

Concrete Stamping

Stamped concrete lives or dies on the prep

The failures you’ve seen — random cracks, faded color, a slick surface — almost always trace to skipped steps: no compacted sub-grade, no reinforcement, control joints in the wrong place or missing, and a cheap seal.

Block Work

What a wall that lasts is made of

A block wall is a small structural project. Skip the footing, the rebar, or the grout and you get leaning, cracking, and — on a retaining wall — failure when the soil behind it gets saturated.

  • Layout & footing
  • Block laying & steel
  • Grout & drainage

How we work

Four stages, every job

1

Walk-through & estimate

We come out, measure, check drainage and access, and talk through materials. You get a written number and a realistic start window — no obligation.

2

Base prep

The part nobody sees and everything depends on. We remove the old surface, grade for drainage, then compact the sub-base in lifts so nothing settles later.

3

Install & detail

Turf seamed and fastened, pavers set to a string line, concrete poured and finished, walls laid to a level. Edges and transitions get the time they need.

4

Cleanup & walk-through

Debris hauled, hard surfaces blown down, tools off your driveway. We walk the finished yard with you before we call it done.
