Product match
Samples in your yard’s light, matched to sun exposure, traffic, pets, and the look you’re after.
You want a low-water lawn but you’ve seen the shiny, plastic-looking jobs and want no part of that.
Same craft as our artificial turf work, with a focus on product selection — matching blade shape, color blend, and pile height to your yard so it reads as grass, not carpet.
Overview
There’s no real material difference between ‘synthetic’ and ‘artificial’ turf — it’s the same category. Where projects go wrong is product choice: one uniform green, one blade shape, no thatch layer, and it looks fake from the porch.
We carry lines with realistic color blends and varied blade geometry, and we’ll lay samples in your actual light before you decide. The install itself is identical to our artificial turf process: proper base, compacted lifts, taped seams, fastened edges, brushed-in infill.

What’s included
Samples in your yard’s light, matched to sun exposure, traffic, pets, and the look you’re after.
Decomposed-granite or Class II base built in compacted lifts and graded to drain.
Seams taped and glued, perimeter nailed, infill spread and power-broomed so blades stand.
Full haul-away and a walk-through to check seams, transitions, and fall.
Why it lasts
The tells of a cheap install: a seam you can see from ten feet, a hard line where turf meets concrete, and blades lying flat. We hide seams by matching roll direction and pile, cut tight to hardscape, and brush infill until the lawn stands up on its own.
For shaded yards we drop to a shorter pile and cooler tone. For full-sun front yards we go heavier and multi-tonal so it doesn’t sheen.

How it goes
Free visit with product samples laid in your yard. Written price, start window.
Date confirmed, access protected, demolition planned around your gates.
One to two days for most lawns, then a finished walk-through and care sheet.

Good to know
Not if the product and install are right. We use multi-tone turf with a thatch layer, hide the seams, and cut tight to hardscape. Come see a finished yard before you commit.
Usually. Bring a photo or a clipping and we’ll get close on blade shape and color.
Solids pick up as normal; hose down the spot. Pet infill drains and resists odor. A monthly rinse and enzyme spray keeps it fresh.
Yes — side yards, parkways, pet runs. It still gets a real base and a real crew.
